The girls and I went for a walk back behind the house on Monday. There are several paths back there that are over grown with plant life. It's been awhile since we ventured out to far because I am a little leery of the snakes and we have found several ticks this spring. The weather was perfect and our school work was finished so we decided a short walk was just what we needed. As we were walking down one path we looked down another and saw all of this pink color in the distance, flowers!... we had to go check them out. From what I can tell they are wild roses! So so very pretty! Back to the house we went to get our clippers and a basket to carry our new found treasure in! ... and of course you know me, I had to take pictures of them to share with everyone!
