"ribbit" This past weekend we got to walk to the little park down the road. The kids love to swing, the only problem is there are only two swings. It's funny because as we got close to the park, me pushing Kylie and Felicity in the stroller, and Asa and Hannah up ahead of us on their bikes, Felicity yelled out, "I first swing!" We came around the curve and off in the distance she saw Asa and Hannah already on the swings. Oh, the wailing began, you'd of thought something horrible had just happened! Being the sweet big sister she is, Hannah gave into her whining and let her "first swing"! Miss Kylie enjoyed pushing her little sister on the swing, they are all so good with Felicity! Asa is a little dark in this pic, but I thought it was a fun angle! I took these photos with my phone! I don't know if there is ever a time that we leave the house, or wherever it be we are staying, that Hannah does not take along a stuffed animal. Everyone gets a turn on the swing, right?!? Felic soon got cranky on us, so we headed home to put her down for her nap. When we arrived, sitting right in front of the door was a frog. What a pleasant treat for my animal lover! She fell in love with it immediately and started begging to keep it. "For one hour." I told her. And, well, you see the smile on her sweet little face! Daddy was on the mower, cutting the cutting the grass of the church and parsonage. Hannah had to run show her new pet to him! She literally spent her entire hour with the frog. Talking to it, giggles and smiles the whole time. Then the time came, time to say goodbye! The other girls stood by closely watching, but not so sure of it. Freedom again! At last! The poor thing tried to get out of that planter the whole time she had him captive! Farewell, my friend! Thank you for coming and making my girls day!

I hope my words can convey just how much I enjoyed this post about the everyday joy you find with your family. My youngest son is 17 and my journey is no longer marked by days of swings and frogs, but every day is still a delight - and I am so thankful for every walk to the park! Beautiful photos of beautiful family.
