While I was cleaning the kitchen this afternoon, Felicity took her ice cream into the living room where Sam was.  He told her to take it back into the kitchen. She came in and said, "Mama, daddy's mean."  Going along with her to see what she'd say, I replied, "I know, he was mean to me today too."  A bit startled she looked up at me and questioned, "He's mean to you too?"  As she finished her sentence, Sam, overhearing what's being said, walked in the kitchen and said, "What's going on in here?"  Felicity slowly turned around and in this sweet innocent voice said, "Oh, Hi Daddy."  (I think I almost cried I laughed so hard!)

It was a little cool in the house this morning, Felicity thought she needed a jacket.  After getting it on her she looked up at me and asked, "Do I look Cute?"  I assured her that she was cute and encouraged her to look in the mirror.

As you can tell, she was pleased with how she looked.  She was even more impressed when she discovered she had pockets on her jacket!  She turned to me with her little hands in them and said, "Look mama, pockets!"

And if you were wondering in the above photos what was hanging behind her....

The girls wanted a tent, so we hung sheets from the ceiling.  They wanted to sleep in their tent, so we left it up.  I let them fall asleep, then I tied one together to make sure they did not get too hot in there!  Sweet, precious babies!
