![]() Hello family and friends! We have a lot going on around here. I had decided when we found out we are expecting a baby in August that we would start Hannah in school the first of May. Since May starts on Tuesday we went ahead and made today her very first day of kindergarten! It is hard to believe she is going to be five years old this summer. Hannah is so excited about her school work and her school desk and, well, you know, all that excitement that goes along with your first day of school! Home schoolers have fun too ya' know! ![]() Haha, I came across this picture of Asa the other day. Thought I would share it with you all. Some of you may have seen it back when he was about five years old. Anyhow, Asa has been driving me crazy to let him take some pictures with my camera. I gave in a few days ago. This is one of the pictures he is very proud of. ![]() When we found out Kylie Joy was a girl, Sam wanted to name her Felicity. I wanted to name her Kylie Joy, and, well that is the name we gave her. Now that another precious baby girl is on her way, we are on the hunt, once again, for a baby girl name. Felicity is growing on me and it just so happened, while at a yard sale the other day, I saw this book. I have bought several of these American Girl books for my girls at thrift stores in the past. The girls are too young for them right now, but in a blink of time they will love them. Anyhow, when I saw the name on this one, I had to get it. When I got home I put it down in front of Sam and said,"I think this is a sign." lol ![]() I have been in the mood to sew this past week. I made two baby blankets for our little butter bean on the way. I found this vintage fabric at an estate sale and fell in love with it! I think I love vintage things more and more! ![]() I made the above quilt out of some fabric given to me, by Mrs. Angie Sharpia, several years ago. The apron to the leftI made for Kylie Joy. When I get the time I am going to make Hannah and I one too. I got the overalls at the Goodwill and of course more vintage fabric from the estate sale. I love to sew! Finding the time is the hardest part of it!!! ![]() I love it when I am not even trying to get pictures of my kids and they give me their best smiles. I was actually taking pictures of my baby blankets when Kylie thought she needed to be in the pictures. Love...

Time does fly... a little too fast sometimes! It's kinda sad to see them grow up but it is also exciting to watch them grow and learn! Good to hear from you!
