The past few weeks have been a bit stressful, emotional and out of the ordinary for our family, as we have dealt with the death of Sam's brother.  We stayed at my sister-in-laws house in Oklahoma City, my kids love it there.  Cousins, especially Kasia, brought so many smiles to their little faces.  Another cheer bringer was Chloe, their puppy.  She put up with Miss Felicity constantly being in her face.  The photo above is my thankful picture for last week. I'm not sure what to title it, 'Little things that bring Cheer' perhaps!

Since we were so close to my parents they came to visit us both weekends we were in town.  This past weekend Poppy heard the Ice Cream Truck outside and spoiled my kiddos with a special treat.

The photo below was taken after eating her ice cream, she's telling poppy thank you!  I'm using this photo for my 52 Week Thankful photo challenge this week.  Thankful for 'The Love of Grandparents.'

Well, being a grandparent, I don't have to tell you how much I love these shots! Beautiful interaction. So sorry about your loss but it is amazing how children {and pets} seem to get us through the difficult times.

These are the sweetest photos! I just love the interaction captured between the puppy and your daughter, between your kids and their ice cream treats, and between you little on and her Grandpa. These are photos you will always treasure - great composition and editing and full of energy and love.
