Hannah, my little brown eyed beauty, is growing up so fast!  She loves her Care Bears, Webkins, and My Little Ponies so much.  Hannah likes to pretend she is a Littlest Pet Shop animal, sometimes she even allows Kylie to join in with her play.  I like to listen to them play, Hannah talks in such a sweet little voice to Kylie.  However, she gets really annoyed when they are pretending to be animals and all Kylie says is "hi" or "hello".  Animals have so much more to say, you know what  I mean.  She also loves to color and cut.  She will color pictures and then cut them out for hours every day.  We are reading through the book of Genesis in our daily family Bible devotions.  As we just finished studying  about Noah and the flood, Hannah had to draw a rainbow for me!

I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.    Genesis 9:13
While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.    Genesis 8:22

While Kylie Joy was napping yesterday, Hannah and I went for a walk.  It was cold, so we bundled up and set out for an adventure.  As we followed a trail, I expressed to her how cold my hands were.  "Here momma", she said as she held her little hands up to mine. She wrapped her little purple mitten covered hands around my hand as we walked.  We were hoping to see a "Bambi" or something exciting!  Hannah loves animals.  The first thing we saw was a tree with three small birds.  They let us get very close to them.  Below is a picture of one of the birds in the tree.

We walked, we skipped, we ran, we tried everything to keep warm.  If there were a "Bambi" I am sure we frightened it away.  Hannah and I decided it was time to go back to the car, as we ran we heard something not too far behind us, at the same time we turned to look and there was a squirrel crossing over to the other side with a gourd, larger than its head, in his mouth.  We both giggled, then turned and headed for the truck.

I enjoyed my time with Hannah.  It made me realize how important one on one time with each of them is.  I am so proud of her, she is a great blessing to our family.  You have to watch this video of her, it is so precious!
