We have been crazy busy these past few weeks!  Remembering back to the pictures of the last post I made on here, a lot has happened.  I started feeling sick the day of that last post.  The next day and the week to follow I was coughing my head off, and not feeling well at all, mostly due to the fact that I was coughing all night and not able to sleep.  We had been staying in a room in a church for some time, and we had lots of things to pack up before heading out on the road again.  We are in Missouri now going on two weeks. There is a little trailer behind a church out here in the country side, we have been calling this home while we are in the area.  The hills, trees, flowers, deer, various birds and multitudes of squirrels have been exciting to see. We even saw a red fox on the way home from church last night!   However, we do not have cell reception and just recently got internet.  All that said to say this, I am weeks behind on posting on here! So I will try to get caught up now! Oh, and by the way... Happy Spring! xoxo

The two pictures above are photo's for my 52 week photo challenge.
Week 12 'Pretty Dishes' ... I know this may sound silly, but one thing I love is pretty dishes.  When we were in Texas the church had a very pretty, vintage, set of dishes and several pretty vintage platters.  I loved serving meals to my family on them.  It was kinda sad to leave them behind when we headed back out on the road.  When we arrived here in Missouri, I was delighted to open the cupboards to pretty dishes!  Like I said, it may sound silly, but when you don't have your own things in your own home for awhile little things like pretty dishes can make you smile!
Week 11 'Coffee' ... I would not have made it through that week if it had not been for my mid-afternoon coffee!  We were in a mission conference and were busy every day just about all day, and I was just getting over my head cold and as I said above, I was a bit sleep deprived, the coffee got me through the week!

Week 10 `Rain' ... With my hometown going into stage 5 of a drought, I was thankful for a Saturday of lots and lots of rain while we were there! I pray God fills the lakes and rivers there, this spring!

The rain had just started and Felicity and I stepped outside to watch it come down! She was not so sure of it, soon after these pictures were taken we headed back inside because it really started to come down and we were getting a little wet!

This above is one of Asa's creations! His imagination and detail with these Lego's blows my mind sometimes!

While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease. Genesis 8:22

This photo above is what winter does to a rose bush.  When I took this picture it was not yet spring, but the signs of spring were starting to show on other parts of the bush! This made me so excited, I am ready for a warmer season.  This winter has just been so cold!
