![]() Monday started out like any other Monday, then something exciting began to take place! Sam and I are always a little more tired on Monday mornings because Sundays are usually very busy for us. The kids were still in their beds sleeping and I was snuggling with my sweet Felicity as Sam thumbed through Facebook on his phone next to us. He rolled over and said, "Hey, read this!" "Free Free Free" the post began. It went on to tell about a free trip to Branson Missouri starting that very day. How ironic was it that we were only an hour away in a mission apartment. Oh, we knew we had things to do and there was no way the trip had not already been taken since it had been posted the previous day. After we talked a little about it Sam sent a message to the pastor that was advertising and asked if it was for real, and, if it was still available. The pastor quickly responded and said, "It is real and it is yours if you want it!" So we begun to discuss it and we were leaning more on the side of not going because we have things to get done and before we knew it we got a message that said the reservation had already been put in our name. WOW!!! So I began packing and Sam got to his computer to get some things done, we were going to Branson! We arrived late Monday night to the most amazing Resort ever! I know there are probably nicer places, but to us, it don't get much better than this. I have never heard of BlueGreen Resorts but that is where we stayed. Our room was wonderful, it was very large with a full size kitchen, full size living area, a large bedroom with a jacuzzi, the room led to the balcony which over looked the hills. That's not all, there was a whole other unit on the other side, a bedroom with a half kitchen and a bathroom, there was a laundry room with a full washer and dryer! This resort also had free putt-putt golf, horse shoes an arcade room, and crafts for the kids to do throughout the day costing only $1. God blessed us with an amazing, unexpected and much enjoyed vacation! We are exhausted today, but our kids got an experience we never even dreamed we would be able to give them, with God all things are possible! I did take my camera, but I never got it out. I took a few pics with my phone. I will share some with you! This is just a reminder to never underestimate God. He loves us so much more than our minds can imagine! What a mighty and wonderfully loving God we serve! He has left me feeling so overwhelmed this week, I love you Jesus, thank you for such a gift as this to our family! God is good! This above is what we walked into! It was beautiful! The kitchen was full of dishes, pots and pans, toaster, blender, it was wonderful, we ate at the motel the whole time! (sorry the pic is so blurry, Felicity was trying to help) Our room was very pretty too! And of course the kids loved the swimming pool (jacuzzi)! My little lady on her way to Silver Dollar City! We got to go to Silver Dollar City two days! It was our kids first time to ever ride rides! They had so much fun, next time you talk to Asa ask him about the Barn Yard Swing! I got to enjoy hot cocoa early one morning on the balcony with my sweet boy! Felicity watching the kids in the ball pit, they enjoyed the balls so much. If you have not watched the new video of Felicity taking her first steps go to the "Just for Fun" tab and enjoy! It is a lot of fun, listen for the kids giggles as we watch her!
