Last weekend was Easter weekend so I did not go to any yard sales but the weekend before that I wrote down 3 or 4 that had boys clothes. I had noticed, early in the week, that Asa's last pair of jeans, that did not have holes in the knees, had some huge grass stains. So I was determined to find some without paying the full price for them. I got up early while everyone was still sleeping and set off to town. I came home with four pair of jeans, Asa's size, one pair was Khol's, and the other three were Children's Place! Cost me $8.00!!! That is all I bought too! I also have been looking for all three of the kids a bike. I check on craigslist often and finally today I was able to get the girls both a bike. I went to one garage sale and I had a taken nine dollars out of Sam's wallet, I had $6 in mine and there were some quarters in the ash tray. I was hoping I'd find at least one bike today. Nothing was marked at this sale, (ugh... I hate when they don't mark anything). I saw in the back there were some bikes, I grabbed up the small one and asked the lady "how much". "Eight dollars," she told me. So I pointed to the other bike and she did not know the price. "I only have $10," I told her... that sounded great to her! We were both happy!! The kids were still asleep when I got home so I had time to clean them up and have them ready to ride as soon as they awoke! Now I just have one more bike to find! You will have to excuse the way the girls are dressed and their bed heads! They woke up to these bikes and had to try them out first thing this morning... still in their bed clothes and messy hair! You can get away with that when you are little and cute... right!?! There is a precious little face behind all that hair... she just loves the basket so much(she gets to put her stuffed animals in it!) that she looks at it almost the whole time she is riding... I foresee some wrecks ahead if this does not change! Love... Love... Love... this girl is crazy about her bike! She use to beg to go to Meme's to ride a bike exactly like this one! Yep, still in her diaper and jami shirt! Gotta love her! ...happy times... I thought I would share a few pics from Kylie Joy's Birthday. We did not have a big birthday party or anything, but we did go to the park with some friends and had cupcakes and birthday ice cream! Monday when the kids got up I had them get dressed real fast while I made the bed up and then put Kylie's presents on the bed. After they were all dressed (so I could take some pics), we let Kylie Joy open up her presents. Birthday's are so much fun for these little guys! She loves Dora Dora!!
