After a few short weeks in Colorado, we headed south to New Orleans. We had good meetings in Colorado and we enjoyed our time there. We drove a hard about 11 hour day to get a half way point, then a day and a half later another hard day of about 11 hours. Our kids are troopers! We made it into New Orleans for the mission conference a little tired, but it was all worth it. We enjoyed it so much, we made new friends and were reacquainted with old ones. One day during the conference was family day, so we made our way to the City Park, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! ~all my TURKey's~ ~these two~ ~these guys look way too serious~ ~oh my goodness, look at her curls~ ~climbing trees, and wearing pearls, that's my Kylie Joy~ ~sweet baby girl~ ~got all my TURKey's in a tree~ ~a lizard~ ~daddy, Kylie and Felic taking a shortcut~ ~aaawww~ ~looking for some lizards~ ~sweetness~ ~Asa behind the camera, so mommy could be in a few~ ~he got the camera too close and the lizard got scared and jumped up on his knee~ ~Hannah telling dad about the lizard~ ~daddy behind the camera on this one~ ~this park is so very pretty~ ~my sweet babies and I~ ~why did the Ibis cross the road?
