This picture above is my photo for week 16 of my photo challenge.  I am so thankful for relaxing, peaceful mornings.  I am also thankful for the country.  I love to peek out the window in the morning and see the trees, birds and all things that go with country!

I posted a new video on the 'Just for Fun' page! Kylie Joy is not in it because she was busy painting! I will give credit here to Sam's Uncle Dan for the music on the video! We have a cd of some of his singing and it's just another peaceful thing I enjoy!

I hope you all have a fun-tastic week!

The notion of being baptized "because of" the remission of sin, implies that a person has no reason to be baptized ever, because his sin has already been removed by some other action. Since you are Baptists and believe that a confession of faith saves the soul, and claim that salvation is by faith alone, I wonder that you command your believers to do the act of confessing Christ, which is a work.

You also forget the O.T. command from Moses for fiery snake-bitten Jews to look upon the likeness of a snake in order to live...also a work, commanded to be performed by the believer. A non-believer would not bother.

You forget that Noah had to build an ark and get his family into it in order for them to be saved...a work, if I've ever seen one!

So, we have Old and New Testament examples of commands to do works in order to be saved.

Faith without works is dead, just as works without faith is dead. BOTH are required for salvation!
