We are learning so much about the state of Florida.  Alligators, tropical plants, birds, turtles and oranges!   Last Thursday we arrived in Florida to attend a mission conference.  Kylie Joy had just started running a fever, we were exhausted from a long drive and we were going to stay at a member of the church's house.  I was a little concerned about how it would all turn out.  As we approached Ms. Jean Smart's house, we were excited to see all the tropical plants and most of all the woods that surrounded her home.  Ms. Smart took us in like family and has gone above and beyond what we ever could have expected of her.  She took Kylie and I to the Urgent Care and to get Kylie's prescriptions.  We were only suppose to stay with her through Monday, here it is Thursday, and, we are still enjoying her company!  Mrs. Jean Smart has a friend that owns a Orange Grove, after a phone call to get permission, she drove us out to see and taste the Florida Oranges!   I was going to say the Kids really enjoyed it, but really, we all did.

Who is that snatching an orange out of the Grove?

Of course, Hannah and Pandy had to get an orange too!

Kylie Joy found a few juicy oranges!

By the looks of it dripping off her sweet little chin, I'd have to say that's one good and juicy Florida Orange!

After eating all the oranges in the grove, Kylie left with a belly full of Florida Oranges and toes full of Florida Sand!

I sure enjoyed having The Turk Family. Those little children are so well behaved even sick they were the best little ones, I have ever seen. They are welcome at my house any time. They even started calling me Mema. Before they left. Meme don't get jelious. They missed you so much. I was only a temperary subsitute. I'm looking forward to the book. Bro.Sam said his Dad wrote. I don't remember the name of the book tho. I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Ms Smart
