My kids love to make new friends when we are traveling! We met the Medfords back when we had a house in Oklahoma. When our path leads us through the area we use their church's mission apartment. It's always a fun time for us because not only do we have friends their, we have family nearby! It was a nice enough day to get outside and get some fresh air, so we decided to go to the Wichita Mountains, one of our old favorite places to go! Once again, we had a good time! The kids had fun cooking their own hotdogs. And their own marsh mellows for smores! This here is Billy or Bobby. I can't remember... yeah, the kids named them. These guys were so friendly they wanted to share our lunch with us! This one was around our campsite, like a dog, eating anything the kids dropped! He's got the evidence all over his bill! They were lots of added fun to our picnic!
