![]() The kids and I have had a lot of fun this week! We love the holidays! There is just something about Thanksgiving that puts a cheery air around the house! We have been hard at our school work, you know, Thanksgiving color pages, making turkey's out of our painted handprints, baking muffins, cakes, pies, licking the beaters, the stuff you get to do when you are a homeschooler! ~Miss Felicity's handprint turkey! ![]() Today I had a little baking to do. It is always challenging to spend time in the kitchen when you have four little TURKey's running around! We are staying in the front part of a gym in a church right now and the kitchen is at the other end. So, here we are in the kitchen preparing to make some pumpkin rolls! Asa is digging in one of the drawers and as he turns around holding a set of beaters he is saying, "I'm the beater batter dude... fear my wrath. I'm the batter blaster!" I wish I had it on video, he was so silly. I did get a few pics, he asked, "Your not posting that, are you?!?" I told him, "yep, I sure am!" ~haha.. I forgot to mention, he even had on one of the churches aprons!~ ~poor girl has no idea the mean beater batter dude is right behind her~ ~Look who ended up with the beaters when it really mattered!~ ~oops! someone spilt the sugar on poor little Hannah!~ ~I think by the look on her face you know who did it!~ ~our pumpkin rolls are cooling~ ~how it turned out with all the silliness going on in the kitchen one will never know, can't wait 'til we can cut into it~ ~We hope you all have an awesome Thanksgiving Day!~
